CMMI-Excellence in preclinical imaging

DIAPath

DIAPath (Digital Image Analysis in Pathology) is a platform oriented towards the validation of tissue-based biomarkers using standardized immunohistochemistry (IHC) and multiplexed immunofluorescence (mIF), whole slide imaging and image analysis (involving artificial intelligence) for quantification. The overall objective is to extract information useful for understanding disease processes and therapy responses, and to characterize biomarkers useful for diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic purposes.
